Developed and launched Royal Orchard’s modern real-estate site featuring dynamic content, client testimonials, and a streamlined contact system.
The Royal Orchards WL Real Estate Website was delivered as a fully custom WordPress solution, tailored to showcase the client’s property portfolio with both elegance and performance. Built on a lightweight, mobile-responsive theme, the site leverages Advanced Custom Fields to manage property details and photo galleries, while a bespoke search form—powered by WP\_Query—allows users to filter by location, price, amenities, and availability. A booking system plugin was configured to sync viewing appointments directly with Google Calendar, sending automated confirmations via SMTP. On the back end, user roles and capabilities were extended to give administrators, agents, and editors granular control over listings, bookings, and content updates. Performance optimization was achieved through server-side caching (Redis) and asset minification, ensuring sub-2-second page loads. Security was hardened via SSL, GDPR-compliant data handling, and regular vulnerability scans. Throughout the project’s three-month Agile cycle, continuous integration with GitHub Actions deployed updates to a staging environment for stakeholder review, culminating in a seamless, zero-downtime launch.
In response to Royal Orchards Property Group’s need to modernize their online presence, the Royal Orchards WL Real Estate Website was conceived and delivered over a six-month agile engagement.
